Rachel Peterson is a Charlotte based choreographer, performer, and educator. She is attending Winthrop University, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Dance '2024. Rachel's worked at theme parks and theaters around the south-east. She has choreographed for many notable companies including: The Dilworth Players, Legacy Theater and Music Co, Charlotte Cirque & Dance,  Caroline Calouche & Co.

Rachel spent 6 years performing in various shows at Carowinds as Dance Captain, Singer/Dancer, Host, and 4 show swing. She also has worked for Brad Ross International Star Illusionist as a dancer and stage assistant. Before transitioning to theme park work she spent many summers at Central Piedmont Community College in several shows including, Phantom of the Opera. 

She has trained with several well respected individuals in the dance community where she gained her knowledge and insight for choreography and teaching. She is extremely passionate and finds every experience to be rewarding and valuable.
